Chrome extension for technical recruiters
You already live in the browser. The score should sit next to the profile-not in a tool you remember on Thursdays.
Most “recruiter tools” fail for a boring reason
They want a new workflow. Upload a CSV. Wait. Come back. Meanwhile you’re still in LinkedIn because that’s where the people are.
If it isn’t on the profile, you won’t use it by profile three. That’s not a discipline problem. That’s design.
What a side panel is for
Insayab is a Chrome side panel. You browse LinkedIn or GitHub like you do now. The panel sees the tab, scores the person against the job you pasted, and you save keepers into that role’s shortlist.
No bulk scrape. You open the profile. We sit beside it. If that sounds small, good. Small is what you’ll actually click on a Tuesday.
A day of sourcing, without the extra app
This is the loop. It’s the same loop you have. The judgment call is faster.
One project, one JD
You’re hiring a role, not “talent in general.” Paste the description. That’s the yardstick for the rest of the day.
Keep hunting in Chrome
Search, people also viewed, a GitHub org, whatever you already do. When a profile is on screen, match it.
Shortlist in the same panel
Don’t paste names into Slack to “remember later.” Later is how they disappear.
What this is not
It’s not an ATS. It’s not a LinkedIn scraper. It won’t spray 200 InMails. If you need that, you already have vendors for it-and a mess.
It’s for the moment after the profile loads: fit or skip, with a reason, while you’re still looking at the page.
Common questions
Does it work on GitHub too?
Yes. LinkedIn and GitHub. Same project, same JD. You can link both to one candidate.
Is it safe to use on LinkedIn?
You browse the profiles yourself. Insayab doesn’t crawl the network for you. That’s the point. Read the privacy policy if you need the boring version.
What’s free?
No card. One project, 10 AI matches a month. Enough to run it on a live req.
