How to use Insayab

Twelve steps with screenshots-sign in, create a project, match profiles, and build your shortlist.

  1. Sign in with email

Open the Insayab side panel and enter your work email. Start free-no credit card required-and run real matches on a live role.

  2. Verify with a one-time code

We email a 4-digit code. Enter it to unlock your workspace - no password to remember.

  3. Land on Projects

Projects is your hub. Each project is one role you are sourcing for - job title plus the brief you hire against.

  4. Create a project

Paste the job title and full description once. Insayab uses this brief for every later match on that role.

  5. Browse your roles

Active projects stay in one list. Archive roles you are done with. Open candidates or match a live profile from here.

  6. Open a LinkedIn profile

Keep browsing LinkedIn normally. When a profile tab is active, Insayab shows a live “LinkedIn profile open” cue - then tap Match on a role.

  7. Or open a GitHub profile

Same flow on GitHub. Insayab detects the developer profile in the active tab so you can match technical signal against the job.

  8. Review the collected profile

Insayab pulls a clean preview - skills, experience, and links - so you can confirm you are looking at the right person before analyzing.

  9. Run the AI match

Get a match score versus the job description, plus strengths and gaps. Decide with evidence - not vibes - then add or link the candidate.

  10. Link LinkedIn and GitHub

If this is the same person you already saved, link the new platform to the existing candidate instead of creating a duplicate.

  11. Build your shortlist

Every saved person lands in the project Candidates list with scores and platform icons. Search by name, email, LinkedIn, or GitHub.

  12. Expand match details

Open a candidate to compare LinkedIn and GitHub scores side by side and read why they scored that way for this role.
